LIVE - THRIVE -EVOLVE FLAGSTAFF
I’m the only independent serving on Flagstaff City Council for four years, and the first Asian-American immigrant elected on Council. Having lived in Flagstaff for over sixteen years, as an Army mom and a business owner, I’m actively involved toward business success, jobs, workforce housing, transportation, and environmental stewardship. I cultivate relationships within our community. I bring state and federal dollars to our local programs. I bring forward the perspective LIVE-THRIVE-EVOLVE FLAGSTAFF. As individuals, as families and as diverse communities of our mountain town, I intend to dispel and deconstruct the adage that living here is characterized by poverty with a view. As residents, we have made the choice to live, thrive, grow, retire, and evolve in our beloved mountain town Flagstaff in spite of the many challenges we experience, whether we have lived here for two years, for 10 years or for over 20 years.
There’s a plethora of opportunities, oftentimes unique, to live and thrive in Flagstaff. The key is to work together, discover and seize those opportunities that serve Flagstaff citizens at every stage of personal and professional growth and development.
